No. Creuse doesn’t use surge pricing, so your fare won’t jump at rush hour, when it rains or late at night. You’ll see your fare before you book.
M-Pesa or cash. With M-Pesa you get an STK push at drop-off: pay in two taps and get a receipt automatically. Eligible promo codes and referral credit come off your fare first.

Every booking gets a private 4-digit PIN. Your driver can only start the trip once you share it at pickup, so you know you’re in the right car with the right driver.
Only the people you send your live trip link to, or trusted people you’ve added. They don’t need the app, and the link stops working when the trip ends.
Once a driver accepts, tap SOS to alert the Creuse safety team about your live trip. For anything else, open the trip and raise a support ticket. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 999 or 112 first.
