No. Fares don’t surge at busy times, in the rain or late at night. You see your fare before you book.
M-Pesa or cash. With M-Pesa you get an STK push at drop-off: pay in two taps and get a receipt automatically. Eligible promo codes or referral credit come off your fare first.

After a good trip, save the driver to your favourites. When they’re nearby, you’re matched to them first.
Switch on Female drivers only when you book, and we’ll only match you with verified female drivers. If none are nearby, the app tells you and asks whether to widen the search.
Tap Share trip during a ride and send the link by WhatsApp or SMS. The person sees your driver, plate and live route without installing anything, and the link expires when the trip ends.
Yes. Add up to 4 stops when you book, and change your destination during the trip if your plans change.
Act quickly: drivers complete several trips a day. Open the trip in your ride history and raise a support ticket describing the item (colour, size, anything distinctive). Our team will follow up with the driver to help you get it back.

You can cancel before pickup in the app. A cancellation or waiting fee only applies if it was shown to you before you confirmed the booking, and we may waive it for safety concerns, app errors or other fair reasons. See our Terms.
