Safety

Trust, built in before the trip starts.

Safety, by default, for every rider and every driver.

  1. 01

    Before

Match the driver, car and plate. Then share your PIN.

  2. 02

    During

Share your trip live. SOS is one tap away.

  3. 03

    After

Rate, report an issue, or avoid that driver.

Verified drivers

Every driver goes through identity and document checks before they can accept a single trip.

  • National ID, front and back, plus a live selfie
  • Driving licence and PSV badge
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (DCI)
  • NTSA inspection and PSV insurance
  • Vehicles ten years old or newer

Ongoing checks

Approval isn’t a one-time event. Documents are tracked for expiry.

  • Expired documents stop a driver taking trips
  • Drivers re-submit before going online again
  • Riders and drivers can avoid future matches

Trip PIN

Every booking gets a private 4-digit PIN. The driver can’t start the trip without it.

  • You know it’s the right car
  • You know it’s the right driver
  • No PIN, no trip

In-trip SOS

Once a driver accepts, SOS is one tap away on the trip screen.

  • Opens an emergency-priority case with our team
  • Linked to your live trip and location
  • Drivers have their own SOS too

Live trip tracking

Share a live link in one tap, or add trusted people who get every ride automatically.

  • No app needed to follow along
  • Driver, plate and live route
  • The link expires when the trip ends

Female-rider safety

Switch on Female drivers only for extra comfort and familiarity.

  • Matched only with verified female drivers
  • Set it as your default after dark
  • The app tells you if none are nearby

Rested drivers

Tired driving is unsafe driving, so the app enforces Kenya’s driving-hour limits.

  • Up to 8 hours logged in
  • Then a 4-hour break
  • Tracked automatically

After the trip

If something made you uncomfortable but wasn’t an emergency, tell us.

  • Rate the trip and report an issue
  • Choose never to be matched again
  • Every report reviewed by our team
FAQ

Questions, answered.

The car or driver doesn’t match the app. What should I do?

Don’t get in, and don’t share your PIN. The trip can’t start without it. Cancel and contact support from the trip.

What happens when I press SOS?

SOS opens an emergency-priority case with the Creuse safety team, linked to your live trip, and a chat so we can reach you. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 999 or 112 first.

Who can see my trip when I share it?

Only the people you send your live link to, or trusted people you’ve added. They see your driver, plate and live route without installing anything, and the link expires when the trip ends.

How does the female-driver toggle work?

Switch on Female drivers only when you book, and we’ll only match you with verified female drivers. You can make it your default after a time you choose. If none are nearby, the app asks whether to widen the search.

How are drivers checked?

Before a first trip, every driver submits their national ID (front and back), a live selfie, driving licence, PSV badge and certificate of good conduct, plus NTSA inspection, PSV insurance and photos for their vehicle. Our team reviews them, and expired documents stop a driver from taking trips.

Can I avoid a driver I didn’t like?

Yes. When you rate a trip you can choose never to be matched with that driver again. Drivers can do the same.

How do you stop drivers driving tired?

The app enforces Kenya’s driving-hour limits: up to eight hours logged in, then a four-hour break before a driver can go online again.
